When mom and dad are courted mom is pregnant within the hour. then she will remain pregnant for 16 days! on the 16th day the joeyS (size of a peice of rice) make their way to the pouch where they will remain for 10 weeks. omce they have spent 10 weeks in the pouch their will be a period of aproximitly 65 days where the babies sslowly become independant. At 65 days the joey is usualy ready to leave mommy.
